Colin Chase managed the Marketing & Advertising for Fitch Construction from May 2022 through February 2023.

In this role, Colin acted as liaison with several TV & Media Groups, managed and posted to Social Media (Facebook, Instagram), created industry Blog posts, planned & executed Marketing Projects, managed Targeted Digital Marketing (OTT, PPC, Geotargeting), conducted internal research (sales – geographic, product, sales rep, lead source), managed multiple Websites, conducted Keyword Research and Competitive Analysis, created Automated Processes via the CRM (MarketSharp), and managed the Appointment Center (with 3 to 5 employees).

The Automated Processes in MarketSharp were setup by Colin to automate specific processes such as Reminding Customers of Appointments via text messages and emails, and staying in touch with potential customers who do not choose to use the company at that time (they said “No”) – sending automated emails with offers for up to 24 months. Actual paying Customers were sent a series of Thank-You Items including a package of cookies and a printed newsletter for 12 months after Project Completion.

Colin also curated and managed the “Content Calendar” (topics to be expounded upon at specific times of the year) to keep the topics on the Blog and posted to Social Media sites in synchronicity with Keyword & Industry trends. The Content Calendar allowed for more effective communication with the Sales Reps and Management Team.
